The exhaust gases emitted from the painting drying furnace are being initially treated through combustion methods, but they were not being fully processed, leading to complaints from nearby residents. Additionally, gases leaking from the drying furnace were lingering in the facility, worsening the working environment. However, the complaints from the neighbors have ceased, and it has become possible to treat the leaking gases that were accumulating above the factory, resolving the issue.

During the manufacturing of rubber products, exhaust gases containing siloxanes and silicones are generated. There is a desire to capture these gases inexpensively and to deodorize them, leading to the introduction of a deodorizer. Approximately 80% of the siloxanes could be captured, but as expected, hydrophobic silicone gases escape, so there are plans to install a chamber that combines various filters for secondary treatment.

Successfully capturing odor substances and preventing pollution!
Due to the request to prevent the strong odor containing chemical smells generated by the newly established casting line, we implemented a water film cleaning system with a gas flow velocity of 0.73 m/sec using one unit of the deodorizer DR-16W. The working environment has significantly improved, and the diffusion of odors to neighboring areas has been sufficiently suppressed.

The deodorization effect of VOC gases, which are difficult to capture, has been recognized, and we have received repeat orders for other equipment.
During the cleaning of manufactured products with organic solvents, solvent odors were being emitted and flowing into the offices in a separate building. It was necessary to effectively capture water-soluble organic solvents. By using one unit of the deodorizer DR-30W to perform water film cleaning with an airflow of up to 450 m³/min, we successfully kept the odor concentration below 400, even though it exceeded 1000 at times. The effectiveness of the delivered dust collection and exhaust gas deodorization system, the deodorizer, was recognized despite the difficulty in capturing VOC gases, leading to a repeat order. The previous issue involved a large outbreak of specific microorganisms in the groundwater that clogged the screen, but this phenomenon was resolved by administering chlorine and managing it at low concentrations.
